Frequently Asked Questions
Why consider a session?
The energy I channel can work wonders on various physical, mental, and spiritual blockages. My sessions can also serve as an alternative to talk therapy by helping you release trauma without needing to revisit or discuss difficult or painful memories. On an even deeper level, this modality can assist in releasing adverse imprints related to intergenerational trauma that you might not be consciously aware of. While positive clearing will occur in each session, it may take several sessions to experience a profound shift. Each person is unique—some blockages may be on the brink of falling away and easily released, while others might be deeply rooted and take more time to heal.
What exactly does an energy healing facilitator do?
Each practitioner’s approach is unique, shaped by their studies and intuitive abilities, and it’s important to recognize that the effectiveness of healing is deeply connected to the client’s willingness to receive it. In my sessions, I act as a conduit for divine intelligence—or whatever higher power you resonate with—channeling this energy to help alleviate stress, anxiety, tension, pain, deep-rooted trauma, PTSD, and it may significantly boost energy and elevate mood.
How do I prepare for a session?
Whether your session is in-person or remote, I recommend wearing cozy, breathable clothing. Try to avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before the session and limit excessive caffeine intake. Being in a relaxed, high-vibration state will help you stay present and more attuned to any shifts that may occur. Most importantly, come with an open mind—your willingness to receive will amplify the healing energy. For distance healing sessions, you won’t need to be on a call, but it’s best to be in a quiet, relaxed position, free from noise or distractions.
How many sessions do I need?
Seeking healing is a personal decision, and I would never dictate when or how often you should return. Some people may experience a notable shift immediately or shortly after their session, while others may require several sessions. It all depends on your unique situation. Healing and self-improvement are not linear processes, so if this type of healing resonates with you, you might choose to make it a regular practice—much like routine physical massages. Ultimately, there’s no formula or right answer. The power is in your hands, and I’m always here to support you!
